Poland’s utility company, Enea has extended its deadline for bids. The company is worth approximately 9.4 billion zloty ($3.14 billion). The sale would include Enea’s subsidiary, Enegra. Funds with the purchase will be used to help the government raise the approximately 12 billion zloty necessary to replenish Poland’s necessary public programs.
