August 23rd there was a multiple car collision involving a Metro bus that blocked three lanes of travel. Passengers have a right of recovery against the driver who caused the accident (tortfeasor). If the King County Metro bus driver caused the collision, a Claim Form must be submitted to the King County Risk Management office immediately.
