1. 21 varieties of Children’s Tylenol liquid medications were recalled by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) Friday due to bacteria contamination. The medications were manufactured between April and June 2008.

2. Parachute hammocks manufactured in Indonesia by Travel Hamock, Inc., doing business as Grand Trunk of Skokie, Ill, were recalled for their failing hooks and collapsing hammocks, which caused personal injury. More information at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

3. Wooden bunk beds manufactured in Vietnam and sold in Big Lots stores from May 2008 – February 2009 are recalled for defective design. The slats and side support railings may crack, causing the bunk to collapse. Further details at the CPSC.
